Look for the green door without a sign in Storgata. Inside Himkok, they distill much of their own spirits, and every floor has a completely different style. Even though they're ranked as one of the world's best bars, it doesn't feel stiff. It's dark, cozy, and very well done.
Why it works
Searching for the entrance together is a great start, and the dark corners inside are made for two people who want to talk in peace.
What to order
Don't overthink the menu; just tell the bartender what you like. They know their stuff.

Early evening.
