Sukkerbiten is that little flat spot right next to the Opera House. You'll find benches, small kiosks, and sometimes saunas right by the water. It's totally informal and gives you a direct view of the fjord. People hang out here to swim, grab a beer, or just watch the boats go by.
Why it works
It's low-key and free. If the conversation flows, you can stay the whole evening.
What to order
Bring a blanket and a cold drink, and take a walk up on the Opera roof afterwards.
